Can anyone test importing a third-party m3u/xmltv with PTVL v.0.1.1g Thanks!!

If you encounter any issues please provide a log.

Not sure if this is what your looking for when you say your looking for a third-party m3u/xmltv, but I ran my E2 m3u Channel List and added some additional channels.

I began the debug log before I started anything, then re-started Kodi and entered my m3u and xmltv file details.
Channels all got imported, but I did have to clear the channel and guide data for them to appear in the EPG.
However.....Although the channels were appearing on the guide screen and played, none of them had any guide data. I checked the PTVL xmltv file and there was no signs of the channel ID or display name for these imported channels, which form the first part of my guide data.xml file (Image below)

I went back into the PTVL settings and selected clear import to try again, but imported channels still appeared on the guide screen. I then then cleared the channel and the guide data in the PVR settings, but still they appeared in the EPG afterwards. Even when I closed Kodi down, deleted the PTVL m3u and xmltv they still appeared when I re-started and channels were rebuilt. Not sure if you wanted just imported channels, or was okay for me to keep the existing pre-defined channels?
