Is gTTS available for Kodi addons Devs ?

I don't see it in the add-ons repo, so nobody has made it available yet.  Because Kodi uses it's own Python interpreter (Python 2.7 for Kodi 18 and older, Python 3.x for the upcoming Kodi 19), you have to either package the library as a Kodi module or include it in your addon.  How complicated that is depends a bit on what dependencies gTTS has.  Here's a thread I found with some suggestions on how to package a python library as a Kodi module.  Hopefully that'll help.
