Can I simply overwrite parent path for dir structure made in python addon ?

The `..` item remove part of original url.
When my menu is on plugin.video/myplugin/menu and I pick folder and I build directory from url = plugin.video.myplugin/menu/platform/1/  and want to go back, by using back button I go back, but by using `..` item I get error about not having path for url = plugin.video.myplugin/menu/platform which is correct, but I didnt came from that url

I would like to overwrite parent path so going back with `..` would navigate to right url.

I just change the path from filter/1/  to filter-1/
No need to overwrite them.
