i dit a new install of LE9.1.002 (kodi18) on my ceneric HTPC

And at startup i have the error "GRAB FANART ERROR"

what is wrong..

i already enabled "settings/libreElec/network and enable wait for network to be online "

That sounds like it relates to this addon rather than something in Kodi itself?

If so then I would suggest you raise the problem in the thread linked above, along with a debug log (wiki) uploaded and linked to the post when you do.

I have this error at startup too with Kodi on Windows 10 x64 (Kodi from app store). For me its symptoms in the log file are "LookupError: unknown error handler name 'surrogateescape'
", the same as in this log file: https://pastebin.com/jX8j8LTD. Using Kodi Leia 18.4/18.5

That error appears to be from the kodi-six module. I raised it in a post on the kodi-six thread in addon dev python 3 migration forum.
