If you have the Shield Experience 8.0 update installed, then this is a known issue with this update. There is a hotfix available (https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/for...fix-image/). For me it fixes the VC-1 problems, but I still have some issues with some DD+ Audio Tracks in HD-DVD MKVs..

Hello. And sorry for my english also, I am portuguese  
I don´t know how you are using kodi.
But your configuration is also important:

-I am talking for example streaming from a NAS with wifi connection (low signal strenght).

It depends on many factors.

As said earlier try using that fix.
