In Confluence, for example, whenever I play a music file, after a few seconds it shows my visualization, Spectrum, which I very much like. I've installed Spectrum and set it as my visualization, but it never appears when I play music.

How do I correct this?  I'm running Kodi 18.4 for FireTV.

Visualizer will appear when you invoke the fullscreen music player. That's the only place you're going to see it with this skin b/c there's no provision for displaying it in the background of other windows the way confluence does.
