So i just got an mxq-4k android box and i started installing addons but when i download certain addons kodi crashes and i have to clear data which deletes all of my add ons. I also cant go back in kodi once i crash. Need a fix that will stop the crashes or at least let me go back in kodi without having to deete all my add ons

Provide a Debug Log which captures the problem crash otherwise we have no idea what is causing the crash in Kodi. Which addons are you trying to install?

Ok, start by telling us the exact names of the add-ons. That allows us to quickly check if there are currently any known issues with them.

If the add-ons are deemed to be in working order, then there is nothing we can do without the Debug Log. Read the Basic/Easy page, and you should find it quite straight forward to create and upload.
