Dear all,

How can install Kodi after I upgraded the IOS on my iPad Pro to version 13.2

I do not want to jailbreak iPad please

Hi,
You can sideload Kodi on your iPad but if you do not have a paid developer Apple plan you will need to reproduce the sideload step every 7 days.
You can follow instructions from the wiki here https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Install_Kodi_for_iOS.
If you have any problem you can ask for help here.

I used to download it via Tweakbox . Is it possible to do that on IOS 13 please?

I guess yes, but I have absolutely no idea what the version of Kodi shipped by Tweakbox.
