How are Kodi performance on Raspbian + VPN settings
#1
Hi everyone,

I tried using LibreELEC on my Pi4 but when I wanted to set up my VPN, I couldn't do it because resolve-conf wasn't install. And it is not possible to install packages on LibreELEC. Therefore I'm planning on installing Raspbian + Kodi on top of it to have the freedom to use a VPN, thus meaning being able to install the resolve-conf package.

That leads me to my questions, is running Kodi on top of Raspbian good in terms of performance? Second, if I run my VPN with OpenVPN, I shouldn't have to set up the VPN directly from Kodi with the VPN add-on right?

Thanks.

That's not the best policy I've read. I understand why you have it, but still.
