Scraper is reading movie metadata 'title' not the filename

Scraper is reading movie metadata 'title' not the filename.
As a result I got 30 or more movies with the same name and year.
Deleted the source and rescanned - 30 or so came back up the same
Using a Vero 4K box...
Any help welcome
