The only custom settings is to set audio to 2ch, Passthrough enabled, and AC3 transcoding enabled. The MrMC fork does not have this issue. Is there a setting I’m missing? Perhaps the upcoming version of Plex which allows disabling transcoding will fix this as well.
Although that sounds like a Plex issue and not Kodi, look for direct play and enable that. I am sure your settings can be tweaked to get it working correctly.
