Is there a guide to upgrade to the latest Kodi and Coreelec?

They should know if there is one. BTW, an upgrade from what exactly?

Sorry I'm not very familiar with the process. I followed the guide I linked. I know it's LibreELEC and Kodi krypton.

Follow Install Guide from this site to get CoreElec-Kodi 18.4 on your box. Use Etcher rather than suggested Rufus to burn the image to uSD card.
