Hi, I have a problem with media flags not showing watched etc, they work when I change skin so it must be something happening with me skin. Anyone help please?

Currently this is a little convoluted. It is a 2 step process...

First enable the ones you prefer in Skin settings > Advanced > Watched status indicators:





Then you need to enable them in the sidemenu for the view:
