Because SMBv1 is one big giant security cheese hole, Kodi now defaults to SMBv2 (and up).
Your Android is probably still enabling SMBv1.

Try checking in the Kodi GUI: Settings / Services / SMB client for Minimum and maximum protocol versions

Kodi's GUI level needs to be advanced or export, not Basic, then the SMB Client tab will appear.
Change that via the gear icon in the lower left corner.

I go manyally to Sources.xml, but when i try to change, it write that changes are not saved.

I delete Sources.xml on tablet and send sources file from my phone and place to kodi folder.
And nothing happens.

While adding sources you should select "Add network location" and then select the SMB section from the upcoming dialog. At this section you are able to setup a username and a password.
