My tv doesn't support [email protected]  Tv say no signal. so i blacklisted this resolution.
It works fine at [email protected]
Now when i play it it switch to [email protected]
is possible to force a resample to 24fps only when i play a 23.976fps file?
And leave resolution change for 25P and 30P?

Resample? There is an option in Kodi to adjust to those (minor) differences: "Sync playback to display"

Provide a debug-enabled kodi log file for some more inner details.
