XBOX Kodi Randomly not opening Addons
#1
Hello, I am running kodi 18.5 on my xbox and seem to periodically have a problem with addons not wanting to open at all, the loading symbol comes up and will turn for a hour if I let it. Just curious what might be causing this, I have tried restarting my router, xbox, addons themselves...the only way it seems to correct itself is if I uninstall kodi, reinstall and reinstall my addons...unfortunately that is quite time consuming and annoying but this is happening a few times a week as of now.
Is it possible that my web provider is blocking incoming information for these addons through kodi, allowing kodi to run and my internet connection to appear just fine but keep my addons from functioning correctly?
Thanks

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

The instructions are here... debug log (wiki)

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Use the Kodi Paste Site. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum

Perfect I just reinstalled kodi so it is currently working. I will do this as soon as the problem rears its ugly head. Thanks
