Dear all,

I have a running Kodi 18 on top of a Raspbian Buster distro. Everything is running perfectly, except the remote control.

When I was using OSMC, I always used the tool on that distro to add a lircd.conf file that I found on internet many years ago.  Once the file was loaded, the remote control works perfectly.

Is there is a way to use the same file on Kodi/Raspbian? How should I set it up?

Update to the information above:

- The TV remote control can control Kodi via CEC, but only few buttons are possible to use, the navigator buttons, left, right, enter, etc.  works. However, the play, pause and stop for example does not work, or they are not recognized.
- I have tried to use the add-on Keymap Editor, in order to map the pause button for example, but it does not recognize the entry.
