I have installed Britbox on my T9 box. It runs, but I am struggling to get the screen the right size so that the play button is visible.  My smart TV is on old Samsung Viera so cannot access the Britbox app. that way.

I took a months trial with britbox when it was first launched , but it was unusable on my android box , couldn't get it to fit on the screen , am sure loads of people have binned it for the same reason.

Thanks for that info.  I now know not to try any longer.

It looks like I need to get a YouView box, if I want Britbox too, either that of get a TV that you can get the app on.

There is an official Britbox UK app available for the Amazon Firestick, which is probably considerably cheaper than purchasing a YouView box. Details are on the Britbox site.
I believe Britbox is also going to be added as a Amazon Prime Channel at some point in the near future as well.
There is a Roku app, but it does not work for Britbox UK.

I had a Britbox UK subscription for the first 6 months, but regularly had instances where I would get an error saying 'Content Not Available at the moment. Please Try Later'. Since the project is backed by the 2 biggest broadcasters in the UK, I personally found not being able to play content on demand on occasion a bit of a problem and ultimately the basis for stopping my subscription......Not even Spitting Image starting last weekend will get me back!
