I have several Pc's with Kodi/Sling TV on them and all but one is working fine. One NUC8 has no sound when using the Sling TV add on in Kodi 20.1. Has anyone run into this? The Windows Sling app works fine on the sam NUC8 so it can't be the Sling service. Any ideas?

I'm not having any issues on Matrix, but I don't really use the plugin. I use IPTV Merge to generate the Live TV Playlist and EPG and watch Sling channels through that. What issue are you having?

I just updated to Nexus 20.2, on Windows computers, and now the guide is not loading into the Epg. I have tried disabling simple iptv, and restarting kodi, which has been a fix in the past but still now luck on two of my systems. Am I missing something obvious? (The guide has included nextpvr & sling, but currently on nextpvr showing up).

ADDED: Do you think it is better to uninstall Sling & reinstall?

Are you able to get to http://127.0.0.1:9999/channels.m3u and http://127.0.0.1:9999/guide.xml (or whatever the ip address is of the computer that has the sling add-on on it)

Also, are you using IPTV merge to get the guide into the Kodi PVR?

I wonder if the issue is Nexus, as on one of my windows 10 setups, I uninstalled iptv simple, sling, & nextpvr and reinstalled. When I installed sling and restarted I get an error. As I looked at page 1 of this forum I see this addin is for Kodi 18 & 19 so I guess that would explain my issues with 20/nexus

I just logged out from Sling tv and tried to log back in and for any win11 computer I try this on, it fails with a log message "Python script error". All of my computers are returning this error now.

I think I know what has changed. When you log into Sling.com now, They ask for a profile before allowing you into the guide. There is a prompt to not ask next time, but it is device/application specific so if, on the same device, you disable it in the browser, it still requires it on Kodi. How can I bypass this?

I concur.  I'm getting the same errors.  I noticed the extra login step also.  Now to get the attention of the add-on author.....

Yeah, I didn't notice it until I logged out all devices on the sling website - then none would log back in.
