TV Guide - increasing "future days to display" makes kodi freeze
#1
Similar to this thread (https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=346368) my setup is also freezing if I increase 'future days to display' fast.

In my case I don't have to exit Kodi, but just increase the days slowly, e.g. one day every few seconds to prevent this issue.

If I trigger the issue I see the following logging (~/.kodi/temp/kodi.log)

Every 5 minutes TVH (4.2) gives an 'GitTimers' error entry in the logging:
2020-01-19 13:38:02.176 T:140265352316672   ERROR: GetTimers: Add-on 'Tvheadend:127.0.0.1:9982' returned an error: the command failed
2020-01-19 13:38:02.176 T:140265352316672   ERROR: GetTimers: PVR client 'Tvheadend:127.0.0.1:9982' returned an error: the command failed
2020-01-19 13:43:02.314 T:140265352316672   ERROR: GetTimers: Add-on 'Tvheadend:127.0.0.1:9982' returned an error: the command failed

I finally did a reboot to solve this issue.

Full kodi.log from point it fails:
zoracacutu.kodi (paste)

Setup details:
Using a LibreELEC community build (RetroELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.2-devel-20200117095917-28eddc2.img.gz) on an Atom based mini-pc.
Kodi 18.5 Git:e990031

*EDIT 2020-08-29*
Observed the same issue again on LE-9.2.3 (regular build) one a RPi3.

suspect making use of channel icons is possibly part of the issue (and missing a few channel icons).
(see message 'Searching for channel icons: %' refreshing at each press, until it get stuck)
