In addition to my Vero4k +, a Shuttle PC DH110 with an i3-7100 got lost in my living room today. It runs on a Debian 10 with the XFCE interface.

I installed Kodi 18.5. It works as far as I imagine. However, I currently have a small problem which I cannot explain. It is connected to the TV via HDMI. As can be seen well in both pictures, the picture (1920x1080 @ 23,976) is slightly offset in the upper third. Anyone have an idea where I have to screw so that it disappears? The more movement there is, the worse this effect becomes. The picture as such is fluid. There is no stuttering in camera pans.

Query the web for tearing. Xfce with its compositor is know for showing this issue.

Tearing is gone. But ... now I have a small Box in the left top corner.

Ok, it was the VNC Client which was connected.

Now all is perfect. Thanks. Big Grin
