removing empty parent folders has not been implemented on purpose:

Imagine that the user has an "Upload" folder where all new (unscraped) movies appear. If we remove empty parent folders, tmm would always remove the "Upload" folder too

strange, i installed the update but it was still using the old version, i removed java completely, reinstalled the latest update and all is working fine now, thank you
