Linux Kodi not starting error.

Hello! 
I'm using Ubuntu 18.04, with architecture ARM. I installed Kodi via 
sudo apt install kodi:
. When I run in terminal: 
sudo kodi:
I've this error 
/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/kodi/kodi.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libx264.so.152: cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Permission denied:

Sorry, the source button, is not showing text. Text is:
1. "sudo apt install kodi"
2. "kodi"

If you are using an ARM device. as in Raspberry Pi, then simply use Raspbian and install Kodi.
If not, more hardware details are welcome.

There is a problem. I'm running Ubuntu on Android via Termux app. Something like VirtualBox.
