Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:Tested 2 new 2019 versions of NVIDIA Shield Running Pie v9 And Kodi v17.6 through 18.5 and the problem is playing video files over network share. Video will stop playing at different points in time and revert to the menu to play the video again, video will resume from where it was stopped. I also tested the SPMC fork 16.7 where the video plays just fine on the 2019 v9 pie
I also tested Kodi18.5 on the 2017 v8 of Shield and it plays fine no issues.
Since it plays great using SPMC 16.7 on both the 2017 and 2019 version of shield running both v8 and v9 of android.I Believe its a Issue with Kodi v 17.6 all the way through 18.5 and v9 Pie of android.
I also tested Kodi18.5 on the 2017 v8 of Shield and it plays fine no issues.
