Mark As Watched Problem
#1
I'm using the Confluence skin to try and fix a problem with a Confluence MOD. The problem with the MOD is that it will not let me mark things as watched - Confluence works fine. When I'm finished watching something and select "Mark As Watched" from the context menu, the "working" popup appears but no check mark is added. I think Confluence adds the check automatically.

Can someone please point to where I should look to fix this problem. Is there a watched list file that is common to all installed skins?

Thanks.

Nope. The watched status is kept in the video database in the 'files' table.
Provide a debug-enabled debug log (wiki) and perhaps something shows up.

It should be marked as watched when you've finished watching it though.

Klojum: You have provide me a starting point, I will provide a debug log if I cannot resolve this myself.

Hitcher: Nothing gets marked automatically after being watched.

Thanks for your help.

We're going to need a full debug log then.

The instructions are here... debug log (wiki)

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Use the Kodi Paste Site. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum
