Looks good now.

You can enable debug logging in the GUI. I don't know how to enable it if you don't have access to the GUI.
I have enabled it via the web interface, trying to find out where the docker is storing the logs. Image

I think it's Linux, so it should be ~/.kodi/userdata/ : Wiki

Finally I was able to figure how to enable and get the logs, I cleaned up both emm and kodi old logs and captured fresh logs:
1. Kodi Docker Logs
2. EMM Logs

Please note that the EMM log times are in EST (US eastern) and Kodi logs are in GMT.

I still see this error when I have Collection ID enabled for movies (TMDB) - even with 1.4.91.1 installed.
Tried three different movies same error.
That's strange. The bug was obvious ("If xy Is Nothing Then" instead of "If xy IsNot Nothing Then") and that has been fixed. I tested it and works for me. Please share your error log (:\Ember Media Manager\Logs) on Pastebin.com, so I can see the full error report.

Sorry for the delay, here's the log: here

Looks like you don't have a proper installation because the IMDb trailer scraper and other already removed modules are still existing. Please reinstall the latest release over the existing one. Don't use the C:\Program Files folder because you've to edit the access rights to get Ember properly running.

Edit: Forget what I wrote, I looked at the wrong log Smile But please try to reinstall the latest release, all other users with your issue no longer has that issue with the latest version.

Hi Dan,
So I was using an old version but myvideo43.emm got corrupted so I uninstalled everything and restarted fresh with this version. However, when I try to scrap a movie I do not get images from Fanart.tv for logos, cleararts or discs. I only have them for posters or backgrounds. And when I go to the page with all the tabs to edit the movie, I don't even have the tabs for logos, cleararts, discs.
I do have FanartTV enabled under Scrappers - Images in Options.
What am I missing?
Box 1: ODroid N2+ 4GB
Box 2: Intel NUC D34010WYK (Windows afedchin's Krypton MVC Build)
Box 3: Vero 4K
RIP schimi2k | I miss you buddy :(

You have to enable a file name for an image type and a scraper that provides this image type. I think you've to enable "Settings => Movies => Files and Sources => File Naming => Kodi Extended Image Types".

Thanks a lot Dan, it worked.
One more thing, I want my images to be named logo.png, clearart.png, disc.png so I enabled the file naming under Expert. The problem is, in my movie folder, I end up with logo.png AND nameofmovie-logo.png
It's been years since I set that up the first time so I totally forgot what I need to uncheck....

Thanks a lot for all your work Dan, btw.

All checkboxes in "File Naming" exept the expert ones are predefined file names, e.g. "Kodi Extended => ClearLogo" is "<filename>-clearlogo.png". If you only want to use your manually in expert added file names than uncheck the predefined file name checkboxes.

Edit: here is a list of all predefined file names: Link

I have now re-downloaded 1.4.9.1
Installed 1.4.9.1 on top of the existing version
Started EMM
Opened the settings and enabled Collection ID from TMDB within Movies
Right-click on the "Bourne Identity" movie and selected "Rescrape selected movies" ... Ask (...)... All Items
Then it crashes as before, see the log

I set the log level in the advance setting as follows:

<loglevel>1</loglevel>
<setextraloglevel>1024</setextraloglevel>

and fresh logs for:
1. EMM
2. Kodi

Let me know if this helps.

Still can't see any JSON request or db activities in your log. It should look like this:

I believe the following did the trick, I could now see similar logs:
