Hi, folks

First post Smile

Currently using JRiver MC26 via Windows 10 64-bit (v1909) for both music and movie (i.e.: Blu-rays) duties, but I'd like to try out KODI for music playback to begin with. Running DLNA playback and DRC Designer room correction via convolution in the JRiver DSP.

DLNA(/UPnP) should be no problem with KODI, from what I can tell, but what about my DRC Designer room correction file(s) - can they be implemented in a convolver engine with KODI?

Currently Kodi doesn't have a DSP engine (anymore, since v18). This would have to be implemented first. There's one programmer who's working on re-implementing it but if and when that happens is unclear.

Thanks for your reply. We'll see what comes of the DSP engine in Kodi.
