I am having a problem with some of my movies.
The universal movie scraper find all information of my movies (backup's)
The only problem is that I would like to change the genre for the Christian movies.

I was able to create a manual NFO file that overwrites the scraper.

I don't feel like creating all these NFO files and missing the artwork as well. 
My goal is to only change the genre and let the universal movie scraper do the rest.

Am i doing it right? or are there other options I should consider.
The only goal is the have all the Christian movies under category: Christian

I have 4 media-players in the house so I prefer a central / automatic solution (scanning library)

I wouldn't use that. It is fine for simple items like home movies but not for movies or tv shows.

Scrape all your movies normally, then install the Metadata Addon from the repository and change the genres within Kodi... https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=349035

Assuming you are not using a shared database, then run an Export to Separate Files which will create nfo files with the new genre and scan these into your other 3 kodi installs.
