It is hard to keep track which vod or streaming provider offers your favourite movie or TV series.
Therefore third party services like justWatch exist that provide a general search and recommendation service across multiple providers.
My idea would be a kodi plug in that allows us to search things, watch trailers, highlight search results for services we own, offer other plugins the possibility to sync the watched state with JW for episodes to improve the results and deeplink from the search results directly to your Netflix or amazon account to immediately watch the result of your search, (or rent/buy it for the collection)
