I have a fresh install of Win7 that I fully setup WMC version and installed EPG123 successfully and then installed SWMC version 1255 which I latter updated to 1260 during trouble shooting, and the installed client version 8.2.5 libreElec with SWMC version 1.4.9.1 which seemed to install and does connect to the server after tow failed attempts. I get guide info from Backend but I get the message that the “Recorded TV Folder not Found” message and I cannot stream live TV. I can see the server get the request but nothing happens and the stream does not start.
 
Things I have tried.
1. Updated SWMC on server from 1255 stable to 1260 preview
2. Reinstalled Kodi client OS, and reinstalled SWMC 1.4.9.1 add on.
3. On Folders tab I tried entering the IP of the server instead of the network name
4. Entered the login name and pass under use credentials option on Folder Tab.
5. Checked that I can access the shared Recorded TV folder from client and I can access that and other movie folders just fine from the Kodi client.

According to the log file the recorded tv folder is shared properly and should be working, the only thing serverwmc can't test is whether the entered credentials are correct.  Do you have any weird characters in your password?  Also it should be the same login that swmc is run under.
