Hello, is there a way to do
a right click > open file with X app
so I can open a music file from Kodi in another application from my system like a tag editor (Picard,kid3) etc..

Not that I'm aware of.  Kodi is primarily designed to be displayed on a TV and controlled by a remote. Opening a different application in those circumstances would stop the remote from working and make Kodi unusable.
