Now that you have added Dark Grey to the subtitle colors, a quick access is a must.

Here is the situation, depending on the movie, you need to change the color quickly. For HDR you need Dark Grey, for SDR you need White.

This color option could be in the subtitle menu during playback. In the osdsubtitlesettings window.
