Hey guys,

is anyone of you able to install projectm from stable ppa under ubunut 20.04? The web page shows the packages as available for Focal but I can't find them with apt-cache search and also cannot install them.

Are they broken somehow and not available? Just wondering since the ppa page shows them in the package list for Focal.

Alright, sorry ... now I am seeing in package details that build status for the missing packages is red. Any word on when projectm might be available for Focal?

I just noticed project m was missing on a ubuntu 20.04 ppa install. Any news on this?

I was able to manually compile and add projectm to kodi 18 on 20.04. Follow the instructions from https://github.com/xbmc/visualization.projectm , make sure to checkout the leila branch for both checkouts. After it built I copied the folder ../../xbmc/kodi-build/addons/visualisation.projectm to my kodi addons folder and it works

EDIT: Shadertoy works too
