Setting up profiles for parental control, I noticed that from the login page you can go to Power>Favorites and access content that should be restricted.

Is this skin-specific?  Either way, how can this be disabled?  ×

Yes, it's skin specific.

Disabling it (if possible) will depend on what the skin allows.
