So, after re-encoding (kept original framerate, used Decomb deinterlacing), it plays shaky on ODROID-N2 w/CE & Vero 4K+ (AMLogic limitation?), perfectly (surprisingly) on FTV Stick 4K, and also perfectly on Shield TV. Here's the mediainfo:
