For me the biggest issue regarding uptake of new versions (especially with 19) is that they cannot be installed alongside existing versions. (on android)

The only way for a user who is on 18 to run with 19 in the interim is

1) Upgrading to 19

2) Having an additional device to run 19 on

Being able to run two versions alongside each other would increase uptake, I would install 19 alpha right away and then see what would work with it, and gradually move over.

as it is, I wont be installing 19 until every addon and service i rely on is updated to run with it, which could be, never..

(I could modify the APK I guess and mess around with it)

I guess that you just mean to inform that no one has yet updated the wiki and hope that it will not be forgotten before the final release.

FYI, it is a wiki so you can actually update t yourself and I see tips on how posted here https://kodi.wiki/view/Talk:Kodi_v18_(Leia)_changelog

Maybe begin by copying info from https://kodi.tv/article/kodi-19x-matrix-alpha-1 to https://kodi.wiki/view/Kodi_v19_(Matrix)_changelog
