Hi,I enabled the (Link) "Colour management" setting at "Display -> General". The Kodi-wiki tells this about it:

Reproduce video colours accurately using a display profile or a 3D lookup table.

This actually means that CM is only working for video files.(?) I could not believe that but it seems this is the case because I used a test picture which shows the text Red and the color Green (instead of the required color Red) if no CM is active.
Is there a option to get CM working for (the) pictures (library)?

P.S. I'm running Win10, V1903 and have a (via DisplayCAL software) calibrated OLED-TV as Kodi screen.

Now I use Kodi 19.4 instead of 18.x and there still no color management implemented.
