How can you set up Kodi to show only content that is rated up to PG or example?

A couple of ways, depending on how you intend to use the remaining content...
1. New Profile for kids that contains only the titles up to PG
or
2. Smart Playlists attached to main menu items that list titles up to PG... Custom home items (wiki)
