Hey fella's

First of all thanks for the XBMC, it's the best Media Center in the world!

I wanna know, if you guys can make Xbox-XBMC To read any pc drive.

I have a philips dvd+-/rw in my xbox, but the problem, is that XBMC doesnt detect the drive, so to play musics videos...from xbmc, i can't, for that i have to connect the original drive and put any original game on it so it can read what's inside the pc drive.

But there are apps, like PCSX(ps1 emulator for xbox), wich can read the pc drive(but cant play anything, just can see what's inside the cd/dvd).

ps: So i would be glad if you guys make XBMC to read the pc drive.

I have seen this;
<usepcdvdrom>

Set to true if you have replaced the XBox DVD-ROM drive with a standard PC DVD-ROM. Expect performance to be somewhat variable. Defaults to false. removed with 14123.

It has been removed, but can i still use it?

please if anyone can help me to make XBMC to read my pc DVD-Rom, i would be glad.

ps: humm im seeing that this is more a job for T3CH than XBMC makers, i mean if to make xbmc to read pc drive, is using a file created by us, then that means its a job for t3ch, so they can add that...

And if i add to "guisettings.xml", it wont work?

But still i dont know what to do.

Hey Thanks so much, it works perfectly.

You rock, you just made me happy, now i can take my xbox to my work, and play all the media i want, without havint to take the original drive with me.
