Why the films ( iso format) will disappear from library?
#1
Thanks for everyone who can give me help!

I used nfo file(by TMM) to add films to my library.
Almost all the films are OK, but some films ( iso format) are not.
I really to see these films ( iso format) in library sometimes before, the nfo worked at that time。
But they disappeared from library now.
It seems like kodi not continue to recognized the iso file.

The path for my films is like \\NAS\Video\film\XXX\XXX.iso (or XXX.ts \ XXX.mtv, etc)
So I use the set as below, but I am not sure if my set is correct.

The edition Kodi Matrix which I used in NAS(QNAP 453b mini) is from this web page.   https://www.qnapclub.eu/en/qpkg/874#

Your image is not working. Instead, use the Imgur option from our text editor menu via the i-button. You can upload and link an image in one go.

Thank you for your advice.
I already try to use the Imgur, but when I open the pic via the i-button, it seems nothing was happen, I can't see the pic was inserted in my reply.
So I type the menu for the screen pic as below:

Set content

This directory contains                                Movies
Choose information provider                        Local information only
-Settings

               Content scanning options

Movies are in separate folders that match the movie title        open
Scan recursively                                                                  close
Selected folder contains a single video                                  open
Exclude path from library updates                                        close

Could the missing movies be ones that you have already watched? If that is the case, in the "Left Sideblade Menu" check to see if "all videos" is selected, instead of "unwatched".
Quote ronie: "Estuary is a giant piece of crap." Looking for a new quote. Ideas?

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

The instructions are here... debug log (wiki)

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Use the Kodi Paste Site. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum
