The problem with season artwork (posters, thumbs, banners) is that they are not always available.
It's rare a single season show has its own season artwork that are different from main show artwork. Even for multi-season shows, season artwork for the currently airing season is hard to get.
But tmm TV shows layout requires season artwork for every season/episode item.
How about adding on option to display main show artwork instead for a season/episode where season artwork is not present?

Does this require rebuilding image cache for seasons with its own season artwork?
Ran 4.1 without having TV show source connected and it shows no artwork (cache) for seasons with its own artwork.
After rebuilding it, it shows all fine.

IIRC there was a caching issue somewhere (which I fixed along with the other changed in 4.1) - maybe this caused your issue... I just a look at the commits but did not find it (because there were almost 90 commits for v4.1)

But this feature itself does not need to rebuild the cache! It just falls back to the TV show artwork if no season artwork has been found (which also should have been cached)
