I have encountered a major bug when all the info is cleared. It seems it happens when I use Update Media Information.

The strange thing is that every info is gone except the ids. Then I say that should be a good thing and when I use Scrape metadata
even though that the ids are there, it doesn't scrape any info.

Anyone lost all their info?

I've never heard of such a behavior.. especially because gathering mediainfo via libmediainfo does not alter any other meta data (libmediainfo is in fact operating on completely other objects than the movies itself).
Do you have any logs left from this day?

I will try to reproduce it later. It happened to me several times not just once.
