I'm trying to launch bluestacks and iptvsmarters  as a kodi addon. The addon works fine to launch Bluestacks but if i add the shortcut for iptvsmarters the addon fails to load.
the link i wish to load is "C:\Program Files\BlueStacks\HD-RunApp.exe" -json "{\"app_icon_url\":\"\",\"app_name\":\"IPTV Smarters\",\"app_url\":\"\",\"app_pkg\":\"com.nst.iptvsmarters\"}"
I've been trying with the kodi-addon generator.

I would very much question the legitimacy and legality of iptvsmarters. It looks like something that would very much violate our piracy policy (wiki).
