Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:
I have been using kodi for nearly a month now.However,Whenever I scan my library for new content,the scrapers don't work and the whole window freezes.I use Task Manager To Close Kodi.
Here is the Debug log:

I Also Tried THE Following things:
1) Overwrite the Installation
2)Reinstalled it.
3)Ran it as Administrator but to no avail.
I am using Windows 7 and Kodi v18.9.I have raised the issue on Github as well.Please Help me.Here are some Screenshots.

You may have uploaded the wrong log as there is nothing to see in the one you provided. Be aware of the difference between kodi.log and kodi.old.log... https://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file#kodi.log...di.old.log

When you create the log again, ensure you run the scraping process and capture the crash.

Unfortunately not. You uploaded the wrong log again.

Forget about using the log uploader as this is what is confusing you, and you don't need it anyway.

Your log is located here... C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\

Run your scraping again and ensure Kodi crashes
Once this happens do not restart Kodi
Go to the above folder, find kodi.log open it and copy the contents to Kodi Paste Site
Save it and provide the link.

The error hs been resolved.I had some zip files in the directory,when i deleted them and rescaned it it works properly.However,I have another error when i try to edit movie posters with custom thumbails,the window freezes,but meh i might as wait for v19 "Matrix",it may get resolved then
