Hello,

i am using MacOS and Windows 10 also, and run Kodi Matrix alpha2.
I get the following error message when changing channels or when switching on the channel: One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message.

Restarting the tuner did not help either.

What should i do?

Start with providing the FULL kodi.log file via a pastebin website.
Solving puzzles with only 1 clue is not working well for us.

Perhap look at his signature, or check the wiki or re-reread the forum rules.  The debug log information is not hidden

That being said I don't see the PCTV client either

To update my previous post try the search option for PCTV I found it that way but it is not the required version 6.0.0
