Kodi 18.9, Windows 8.1 pro, Intel J1900, AV receiver and UHD TV. Kodi and receiver are always running. Whitelist is configured while all devices are on and works well. But there is a problem, after switching off and on the TV kodi changes its whitelist. It lacks many modes, especially 24p. Modes return after I exit kodi and start it again.

Losing handshake, Kodi falls back to default settings. Suggest turning off Kodi before shutting down TV or use some HDMI-CEC device to knock down the TV triggered by Kodi.
