So I went through the wiki and tried to find a list of legal addons, as I had a banned one on my kodi not knowing there was such a thing. I can't seem to find a list of legal streaming addons for it. Can anyone suggest a streaming addon that I can look at? Thanks!

We don't maintain any such list. It would be too much work and too open to abuse.
In the end, the user is responsible for what they add on to Kodi, and anything that may come about from doing so. We simply reserve the right as to what we offer support for here, as detailed in the rules etc.
We do however accept certain addons into our official repo after various checks, including the legality of their source material where appropriate. Those addons are found in our built-in official repo, the content of which is also visible via the link above. Similarly any addon with an active support thread here (in the section also linked above) can be considered acceptable.
