Hi, 

I have seen than we can find a "mediaref" line in the xml file containing media information, which specify the hole path of the video filename.

I was wondering... If I move .mkv & .xml to another folder... Will xml work?  Since path it is different, that xml file is pointing to another video file.

Wouldn't be better to specify just the video name, considering the path is going to be similar than the video file?  The normal situation is that both files are stored together.

the path in there is just for completeness (and because original mediainfo does that too). The XML file is tied to the video file through the naming convention: <movie file name>-mediainfo.xml

so moving that around is no problem as long as the naming convention exists
