It's under special folder and it also goes to season 45 wen I browse
Then I have

Saturday.Night.Live.S45E00.A.Saturday.Night.Live.Thanksgiving.1080p.HULU.WEB-DL.DD+5.1.H.264-monkee-S45-S00E600.mkv

It's under special folder, but it's not seen in season 45 when I browse

That file naming is absolutely terrible.You have three Season and episode numbers. Why??

I added S45 to indicate the season, S00E600 to indicate the episode as reported in TvDB.
I guess specials are not associated to any season, despite the year they are shown.
Still, why would one title have problems and not the other one?

Because of pure dumb luck, I'd say. How is a scraper supposed to choose from your type of file naming what are the correct season and episode numbers?

Rename your file, and see what happens:

It won't do, it's a special as per https://www.thetvdb.com/series/saturday-...es/8048509

If you are wanting it to appear in the Season 46 folder it won't as specials have their own folder, S00. If TVDB don't show it under Season 46 you can't add it there, see Season 46 here https://www.thetvdb.com/series/saturday-...fficial/46

I had no problems parsing the non-special sources also under this folders
