Hi, 

Relatively new to IPTV, had a raspberry pi 2 which worked fine with no issues until the last few months. But started to experience dropping, thought why not upgrade to pi 4 and now running kodi on LibreELEC as OSMC is not supported. 

Have added m3u link and got all channels showing but once select them they play for around 5 mins before dropping. Every so often they last longer that 5 mins.
Also had it after dropping and several reconnections failing to connect. 

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction of what I should be changing to sort this.
Could this be the IPTV provider?

There no reason for Kodi to do this, it's almost certainly the source/provider.

Apologies, might be important to say that also used VLC player on windows laptop with the same m3u link and is a stable stream.
